So when you are going to pay the rent for the warehouse space, you should check the supply, the writings, and the maximum voltage you are allowed to use the electric plug points and other things. You should also know about the minimum tariff of the area and the usual electricity bills which they pay in this area. You will get the idea of how much you have to pay for them. 

 

4. Internal condition: - Many warehouse spaces are airtight, and many of them are open multiple ventilators, and many more. If you don't require an airtight system, then it's completely fine. But while making high-security products, you should know that everything should be very secured by taking an airtight zone. It should be air-cooled, and proper security should be there so that no one can have the option to enter the area which you guys are working on.
